Sugar - 1.5 cups
Flour - 1 cup
Cream of tartar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Egg whites - 11 eggs
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon

Method
Sieve collectively the sugar, flour, cream of tartar, and salt 4 times.
Beat the egg whites until they become dry.
Fold the dry constituents into egg shapes.
Add vanilla.
Bake the eggs at 250 deg F for about 1 hour.
Dust with crushed sugar or frost top and sides with desired frosting.
