Oriental White Fish

Ingredients  (Click here for measurement conversion)

White fish - 600 gm, skinned, boned and cut into chunks

Dark soy sauce - 4 dessertspoons

Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, finely chopped

Red chilli - 1, deseeded and finely chopped

 

Method

  • Combine fish with chilli, ginger and soy sauce.

  • Put fish in a single layer on a shallow dish.

  • Cover and microwave on high highest setting for 3-4 minutes.

  • Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

  • Serve hot with stir-fry vegetables, rice or noodles.
