Corned Beef Fritters

Corned Beef – 225 gm, cut into slices 1cm thick
Plain Flour – 50 gm
Egg - 1, beaten
Milk – 2 Tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Oil – as required for frying

Method
Mix together the flour, egg, milk, salt and pepper and beat to form smooth batter.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Dip the slices of corned beef into the batter and fry on both sides until crisp.
Drain on kitchen towel and serve with mashed potato and vegetables of your choice.
