Chilled Cucumber Soup with Dill

Vegetarian dish, Served as starter

 

Ingredients  (Click here for measurement conversion)

Cucumber - 2, sliced into 1 inch cubes

Soured Cream - 120 ml

Single Cream or Milk - 480 ml

Fresh Dill - 2 Tablespoons

Salt - to taste

White Pepper - to tasteNutmeg - a pinch

 

Method

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and process to a smooth puree.

  • Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

  • Serve cold.
