Apple Red Chilli Chutney

Ingredients (Click here for measurement conversion)
Apples, peeled, and coarsely chopped - 4
Red chillies - 4
Brown sugar - 0.5 cup
Vinegar - ⅓ cup
Garlic - 8 cloves, grated
Water - 1 cup
Fresh marjoram - 1 Tablespoon, chopped

Method
Place apples and chillies in a heavy saucepan with sugar, vinegar, garlic and water.
Bring to boiling over medium heat.
Then lower the heat, cover the pan partly and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
Stir in marjoram.
Allow to cool, and then refrigerate.
Use within a few days.
