Chicken and Cheese Kebab

Chicken - 6 pieces, boneless
Garlic - 25 gm
Ginger - 25 gm
Flour - 125 gm
Cornflour - 100 gm
Cashew Nuts - 100 gm
White Pepper - 25 gm
Cardamom - 10 gm
Salt - to taste
Cheese - 200 gm
Egg - 3
Plain yoghurt - 250 gm
Cream - 125 gm

Method
Make individual pastes of garlic, cardamom and cashew nuts.
Add all ingredients to the chicken pieces and mix well.
Leave covered (preferably in the refrigerator) for at least 1½ hours.
Place the chicken pieces in a pre-heated grill, turning once until the ckicken is lightly brown.
Serve hot with salad and your choice of chutney (preferably sweet mango chutney).
