Gram flour - 1 Tablespoon
Potato peels - 1 cup
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
White poppyseeds - 1 Tablespoon
Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
Cayenne - 1

Method
Put gram flour in a paper bag and add potato peels.
Close the bag tightly & shake until the peels are evenly coated.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
Add poppyseeds and saute gently until lightly browned.
Add salt and cayenne.
Add the peels and fry until they are medium brown and crisp.
Stir constantly.
This will take up to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Taste best when served hot.
This is usually served as an accompaniment with lentils.
