Ingredients for "A pistachio twist to pesto" (Click here for measurement conversion) 1/2 cup salted Pistachios (shells removed)
2 cups fresh Basil
1 cup good quality Parmesan Cheese
6 Cloves Garlic (peeled)
Olive Oil
Method for "A pistachio twist to pesto"
In a food processor add all ingredients except olive oil. Pulse the mixture slowlt adding olive oil until it is a pastey consistancy or to your liking. Serve as you would regular pesto.
