Ingredients for "Apple and Brie Fondue" (Click here for measurement conversion) 2 lb Brie Cheese
5 Apples, peeled and cut into slices
Method for "Apple and Brie Fondue"
Remove rind from cheese and cut into cubes. Place cheese in fondue dish. Heat until cheese has melted but not liguidy. Serve apple slices to dip into cheese. You can use pieces of Italian bread also.
