Ingredients for "Cancun Stuffed Mushrooms" (Click here for measurement conversion) 2 lb Mushroom, cleaned and stemed
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 lb Spicy Sausage
3 Green Onions, diced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Oil
Method for "Cancun Stuffed Mushrooms"
Cut sausage into tiny pieces and fry in oil until browned. In bowl add sausage, garlic powder, soy sauce, onion, salt and pepper. Blend well. Spoon mixture into mushrooms. Bake for 20& 8722;25 minutes at 350°F.
