Ingredients for "Corn Salsa"   (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 cans drained Corn
3 Tablespoons Lime juise
4 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 large Tomatoe, diced and seeded
15 oz Black Beans rinsed and drained
1 red Onions, finely chopped
3 Tablespoons parsley
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
Tortilla chips




Method for "Corn Salsa"

In a bowl combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with large tortilla chips.
