Ingredients for "Low Carb Eggless Breakfast" (Click here for measurement conversion) 1 Tablespoon Bacon drippings
1/2 small Onion (diced)
1 bunch Radishes (trimmed and diced)
Salt and Pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme
Paprika, if desired
Method for "Low Carb Eggless Breakfast"
Saute onion in the bacon fat until soft, then add the radishes. Cook over medium heat until crisp outside, and soft inside,about 8 minutes. Add seasonings near end of cooking time. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
