1 1/2 lbs ground Beef
2 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups soft Breadcrumbs
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Topping
1/3 cup Catsup (Ketchup)
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Method for "Apple Meatloaf With Maple Syrup Topping"
Combine apple, ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Press into loaf pan. Combine topping ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours.
