2 cup Bread Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Sourdough starter
1 cup Water
Method for "Country Bread"
Follow your machine’s instructions. It’s such a good sourdough, you may have to cut back on the yeast.
