3 cup Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup chopped Nuts
3 Eggs
2 - 3 cup Bananas
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Honey
1 cup Oil
1 (15 oz.) can crushed Pineapple, drained




Method for "Hawaiian Nut Bread, Sugar Free"

Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry. Stir until moist. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch x 5 inch x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 to 55 minutes.
