1 pk Yeast, scant package
3 cup Flour, better for Bread Flower
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Buttermilk
3 teaspoon Margarine
3 Tablespoon Honey
1/2 cup Water




Method for "Honey Buttermilk Bread"

Let the machine do the work through the MANUAL method (or dough cycle). Then kneed again adding some flour if the dough is sticky. Shape into rolls and allow to rise until doubled in bulk. Do this on top of the dryer when it is in use. Then bake at 375 degrees F. until lightly browned. May be use an egg wash and sprinkle with seeds of your choice, sesame or caraway.
