Features for "Honey Puffs"

Ingredients for "Honey Puffs" (Click here for measurement conversion) 2 packages Active dry Yeast
1 cup warm Water
2 cups warm Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Large Egg
4 cups all-purpose Flour
Vegetable Oil
Honey
Ground Cinnamon
Method for "Honey Puffs"
Combine yeast and warm water in a 2 cup liquid measuring cup; let stand 5 minutes. Combine yeast mixture, warm milk and next 3 ingredients, stir with a wooden spoon until blended. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition. Cover and let rise in a warm place 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Pour oil to a depth of 4 inches in Dutch oven. Heat to 375 degree F. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into oil, and fry till golden brown, turning once. Keep warm and repeat with remaining dough. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
