Youghurt - 0.5 cup
Salt - to taste
Baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon

Method for "Naan"

Sieve together dry ingredients into a large rimmed plate. Add butter, yoghurt, and oil. Crumble with fingers. When it looks like course crumbs, add milk in little amounts, till a soft pliable dough is formed. Wrap with wet muslin cloth. Cover with another plate and keep aside for 5 - 6 hours. Knead dough lightly. Make balls of medium size from the dough. Roll each ball into a thick triangle using dry flour if needed. Place on a pre-warmed griddle (tawa). Sprinkle water on the top part. Reverse naan when one side is done. Invert griddle and roast over the gas flame directly. Serve hot with a blob of butter on it.
