Ingredients for "Afterschool Brownies" (Click here for measurement conversion) 2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 cup Oil
4 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Nuts (optional)
Method for "Afterschool Brownies"
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 13x15 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for approx. 20 minutes. Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
