Brown ground turkey in a large skillet. In a medium size casserole dish start layering starting with browned turkey on the bottom. Next lay out slices of potatoes on top, then sprinkle rice and top with tomatoes and keep the layers going until all ingredients are used up. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for about 1 to 1 1/2 hr or until potatoes are soft.
