Ingredients for "Apple Chutney (I)" (Click here for measurement conversion) 2 Apples (tart green varieties work best)
3 Onions, peeled and minced
3/4 cup Vinegar White
3/4 cup Brown Sugar, light
1/3 cup Raisins
1 Tablespoon Ginger, fresh,peeled and minced
1/8 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 Green Chilies
Method for "Apple Chutney (I)"
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool, cover, and store refrigerated until needed.
