Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 100 gm
Cooking apples - 500 gm
Vinegar - 2 Tablespoons
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to tast
Onion paste - 100 gm
Directions
Slice the apples into small pieces. Add apples, vinegar and sugar to a pan and cook until the apple pieces are tender. Remove the pan from heat and allow to cool down. Add all ingredients to the pan and cook over low heat. Stir regularly. Cook for 16-20 minutes until the chutney thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool down. Store in a clean air-tight container.
