Water - 1 cup
Red chillies - 4
Brown sugar - 0.5 cup
Garlic - 8 cloves, grated
Apples, peeled, and coarsely chopped - 4
Vinegar - ⅓ cup
Fresh marjoram - 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions
Place apples and chillies in a heavy saucepan with sugar, vinegar, garlic and water. Bring to boiling over medium heat. Then lower the heat, cover the pan partly and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Stir in marjoram. Allow to cool, and then refrigerate. Use within a few days.
