Features for "Green Chutney"
Suitable for vegetarians
Ingredients for "Green Chutney" (Click here for measurement conversion) Green chillies - 15
Coriander leaves - ½ cup
Lemon - ½
Sev - 1 Tablespoon
Jaggery - ½ teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 clove
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Method for "Green Chutney"
Put all the ingredients, except oil and asafoetida , in a mixer. Heat the oil in a pan, add the asafoetida and put in the mixer. Run the mixer till a smooth chutney is obtained. Try using no water or as little as possible to make the chutney keep longer. Add water as and when required. Store in a clean glass jar.
