1/2 ounce Green Chartreuse Liqueur (an herbal liqueur)
1/2 ounce dry Sherry, optional
Lemons, rind of, twist
Method for "Alaska"
Stir with ice cubes and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
