Ingredients for "Autumn Cocktail" (Click here for measurement conversion) 100 ml Port Wine
100 ml Cranberry Juice
15 Raspberries
2 Mint Leaves, for garnish
Method for "Autumn Cocktail"
Put the port, juice and raspberries in a blender and whiz for a few seconds. Strain to remove the raspberry seeds. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
