1 cup Coconut, toasted
1 cup Pecan Halves, toasted
1/4 cup Brandy or Bourbon

Directions

Soften ice cream. Mix everything together. Re-freeze.

Served as dessert. Vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Sodium diet.
