Ingredients for "Avocado Dip"   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 large ripe avocado
Juice of half a lemon
75 gm unflavoured Fromage frais
1 clove Garlic, peeled and chopped
3 Tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
1 Green chilli, chopped
0.5 teaspoon Salt
0.25 teaspoon Cumin powder




Method for "Avocado Dip"

Cut the avocado lengthways into two and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh. Put the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients, except cumin, in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the cumin powder on top.
