Features for "Bell Pepper Dip"
Served as accompaniment of appetizers or snacks. Suitable for vegetarians.
Ingredients for "Bell Pepper Dip" (Click here for measurement conversion) 1 large green Bell Pepper
1 large red Bell Pepper
1 large yellow Bell Pepper
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Parsley
1 Tablespoon Oil
Method for "Bell Pepper Dip"
Cut and remove the seeds from the peppers. Chop the peppers into small pieces and saute in heated oil for 5& 8722;10 minutes. Remove from heat and place in food processor or blender. Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
