Red onion - 4, finely chopped
Pepper - 4, hot or mild, chopped
Ginger - 4 pieces, each of size 1 inch
Lemon - 4
Salt - to taste
Method for "Hot and Sweet Tomato Dip"
Take the tomatoes, peppers and onions in a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice to them and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve as an accompaniment with any snacks or starter items. Store in a clean air-tight container.
