Ingredients for "Spinach Artichoke Dip" (Click here for measurement conversion) 5 ounces frozen chopped Spinach, drained and squeezed dry
14 ounces marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
3 teaspoons Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 (8 ounce) packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Method for "Spinach Artichoke Dip"
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Spread into 8x8 baking dish. Cover. Bake for 20 minutes.
