1 cup plain nonfat Yogurt or nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
6 medium Strawberries
1 cup canned crushed Pineapple with Juice
1 medium Banana
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 Ice cubes




Method for "Anytime Smoothie"

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
