1 cup Apple Juice
1 cup Milk
1 cup plain Yogurt
3 Tablespoons Honey
Method for "Apple Yogurt Shake"
Cut apples into quarters. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
