Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Tandoori Masala - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Breadcrumbs - 4 Tablespoons
Sunflower oil - 4 Tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Method for "Baked Sour Fish"
Marinate the fish in chilli powder, tandoori masala, ginger and garlic pastes and salt for 5 minutes. Mix the mango powder and breadcrumbs. Arrange the fish on a greased baking tray. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and drizzle the sunflower oil over. Bake at 180 ° C or 350 ° F or Gas mark 4 for about 20 minutes or until the fish can be flaked. Serve hot with a salad.
