Features for "Oriental White Fish"

Ingredients for "Oriental White Fish" (Click here for measurement conversion) White fish - 600 gm, skinned, boned and cut into chunks
Dark soy sauce - 4 dessertspoons
Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, finely chopped
Red chilli - 1, deseeded and finely chopped
Method for "Oriental White Fish"
Combine fish with chilli, ginger and soy sauce. Put fish in a single layer on a shallow dish. Cover and microwave on high highest setting for 3-4 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot with stir-fry vegetables, rice or noodles.
