Features for "Honey Glossed Ham"
Easter special recipe. British non-vegetarian dish. Served as main course
Ingredients for "Honey Glossed Ham" (Click here for measurement conversion) Boneless Ham - 1.8 to 2 kg, completely cooked
Lemon-lime soda - 350 gm
Honey - 55 ml or 1/4 cup
Mustard - 0.5 teaspoon
Cloves - 0.5 teaspoon, ground
Cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon, ground
Method for "Honey Glossed Ham"
Put ham and lemon-lime soda into a crock pot. Cover it and cook on low temperature for 6 to 8 hours (high 3 to 4 hours). Combine honey, mustard, cloves, and cinnamon 30 minutes before serving. Also add 3 Tablespoons drippings from bottom of crock pot. Spread glaze over ham and continue cooking. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
