Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 cups velveta cheese, cubed
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 tsp bleu cheese salad dressin
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Cook macaroni in water until tender. Drain and set aside. Melt over medium heat cheddar cheese, Velveta and ricotta until all cheeses are evenly melted. Stir in bleu cheese dressing, black pepper, mustard, salt and onion powder. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. In a large bowl combine macaroni and cheese sauce. Place macaroni and cheese in an oven safe dish. Bake for 20 to 30 min or until it is golden brown on the top and around the edges.
