6 slices fat-free Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup low-fat Baking Mix
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 cup skim Milk
1/4 cup Fat Free Spread, liquid
1 cup fat-free Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 Eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9& 8243; pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, spread, and black pepper. Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.
