8 oz frozen non-dairy topping, thawed and divide
3 1/2 oz instant white chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
1 1/4 cups cold milk
2 tbsp hazelnut-flavored coffee
1 chocolate cookie pie crust
Directions
Beat milk, instant coffee, pudding mixes, and half of the whipped topping in a medium bowl for 1 min. Spread in crust. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer in crust. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
