Cream Cheese Pudding recipe

3 cups milk
Toasted coconut, to sprinkl
8 oz cool whip, divided
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup flour
8 oz cream cheese
3 1/2 oz instant pudding mix
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, margarine and nuts. Press mixture into a 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 to 15 min. While cooling, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread over first layer. Mix pudding and milk; pour on creamy layer. Chill. Spread with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut on the top.
