1/4 cup Red Wine
1 pinch Salt
1/4 teaspoon Parsley
1/2 cup White Wine
2 cups White Rice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
6 ounces Beer
1/4 teaspoon minced Garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well in a rice cooker and cook till done. Fluff with fork.
