Features for "All American Potato Salad"

Ingredients for "All American Potato Salad" (Click here for measurement conversion) 3/4 lb red Potatoes, washed
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1/3 cup sweet Onions, minced
1/3 cup diced Celery
Salt
Pepper
Method for "All American Potato Salad"
Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1/2 or 3/4 inch pieces. Place in saucepan; cover with cold water. Simmer 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove 2 Tbs cooking water from saucepan. Add to serving bowl; mix with vinegar, mustard and oil. Stir in onion and celery. Drain potatoes; add to bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to coat potatoes.
