Ingredients for "Sweet Pear, Watercress & Rocket Salad" (Click here for measurement conversion) Sweet Pear - half
Watercress - 2 handfuls
Rocket - 2 handfuls
Extra virgin olive oil - few drops
Lemon juice - 0.5 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
Parmesan - little amount, finely chopped
Nut crumbs - 1 teaspoon
Method for "Sweet Pear, Watercress & Rocket Salad"
Peel off the pear skin. Make small pieces of the pear and remove the seeds. Mix the pieces of pear with watercress and rocket leaves in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mix thoroughly. Garnish with parmesan and nut crumbs.
