Features for "Sesame Potato Fingers"
Served as snacks or starter. Suitable for vegetarians.
Ingredients for "Sesame Potato Fingers" (Click here for measurement conversion) 2 Potatoes, boiled and grated
1/2 teaspoon crushed, Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Tomato, finely chopped
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh, Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Bread slices
4 Tablespoons grated Cheese(optional)
2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
Method for "Sesame Potato Fingers"
In a bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients well. Divide this mixture into 4 portions. Spread each portion on a slice of bread and press well. Sprinkle grated cheese (optional) and sesame seeds on each slice. Grill in an oven for about 5 minutes or till the bread slices are toasted crisp. Cut each slice into fingers. Serve hot with tomato sauce or Red Pepper and Garlic Dip.

Tips:
