Soured Cream - 120 ml
Single Cream or Milk - 480 ml
Fresh Dill - 2 Tablespoons
Salt - to taste
White Pepper - to tasteNutmeg - a pinch
Method for "Chilled Cucumber Soup with Dill"
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process to a smooth puree. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Serve cold.
