Ingredients for "Sweet Corn Soup"   (Click here for measurement conversion)

Cooked Sweet corn - 275 gm
Butter - 25 gm
Flour - 25 gm
Water - 300 ml
Vegetable Stock Cube - 1
Milk - 600 ml
Salt and pepper - to taste
Chives - 1 Tablespoon, chopped (to garnish)




Method for "Sweet Corn Soup"

Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and stir for 2 minutes. Gradually add the water and milk, with constant stirring. Sprinkle in the stock cube and cook until the soup thickened. Add the sweet corn, salt and pepper and leave over medium heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve hot.
