1/3 cup plain nonfat Yogurt
1/3 cup chopped Green Onions
1/3 cup chopped Celery
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Black Pepper
12 slices Bread or Celery or Crackers
Method for "Atlantic Salmon Salad Spread"
Drain and flake salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with pepper to taste. Serve as a sandwich spread (for a party cut into quarters),or spread on celery or crackers as an appetizer.
