1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 medium Avocado, mashed
1 Tablespoon minced green Onions
Salt and Pepper




Method for "Avocado Sprout Spread"

Mix well and serve with crackers or bread. Chill while storing.
