2 teaspoons Butter, melted
1 1/4 cups Catsup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Potatoes, diced
1 lb Catfish Fillets, 1-inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 cup Water
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
Directions
Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan until transparent. Add tomatoes and next 6 ingredients to saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gently stir in fish; continue to simmer 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Fat, Low Sodium, Low Cholesterol, Low Sat. Fat, Low Calorie, Very Low Carbs, Low Protein diet.
