Ghee - 0.25 cup
cardamom powder - 0.5 teaspoon
Chopped apple - 1 cup, peeled
Sugar - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup OR Milk powder - 0.5 cup
Coconut - 1 cup, grated
Carrot - 1 cup, grated
Banana - 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Heat milk in a deep pan. Add carrot to the milk. Mix all the ingredients together except ghee. Keep stirring till apple banana pieces are cooked and the halwa becomes one mass. Add ghee and cardamom powder. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped nuts of your choice.
